Are you feeling stuck?

If you answered yes to any of the above, you are not alone.

My Approach

For personal reasons and in partial fulfillment of the many psychotherapy courses I have undertaken, I have undergone extensive therapy. Hence, I am very aware of how anxiety provoking it is to open up to another person about ones own personal difficulties. With that, my aim as a therapist is always to listen, non-judgmentally and compassionately. This is with the hope that you feel genuinely understood and accepted. I try to see your problems from your perspective; to see the world from your viewpoint. I continuously work towards establishing a sound relationship; as I know without this, it is almost impossible to open up about personal issues.
